I Let One AI Agent Sell AND Buy My House at the Same Time

Selling one house while buying another at the same time is one of the most financially dangerous things you can do — mistime it by a week and you're paying two mortgages or selling with nowhere to go. So I handed the entire move to an AI agent called Manus and gave it ONE prompt. Manus isn't a chatbot — it's an autonomous AI agent. I asked it to plan both sides of the move at once: research the sell side and buy side in parallel, reconcile the home valuations, calculate my real net proceeds, check affordability, build a fully dated timeline, and set up a live market watch. Then I closed the laptop and walked away while it finished the whole thing start to finish. What it built: a complete Move Plan with a recommended list price, estimated net proceeds, a full monthly-payment breakdown, a same-day "simultaneous closing" strategy with a post-occupancy rent-back, a risk table, and ongoing market-monitoring rules. This isn't AI answering a question — it's an AI agent completing an entire real-world workflow. In this video you'll see: 👉 How to sign in to Manus and how the dashboard works 👉 The exact prompt structure I used to run both sides of the move 👉 How Manus researched the sell side and buy side in parallel 👉 How it reconciled the valuations and built the financial bridge 👉 How it created a dated, end-to-end move timeline 👉 The simultaneous-closing + rent-back strategy it recommended (and why) 👉 How the live market watch keeps tracking changes after the report is done 👉 How to reuse this exact workflow for your own move 🔔 Every prompt used in this video is linked below — copy the workflow and run it with your own numbers. https://rxaipulse.com/manus-realestate-agent-demo ⚠️ This demo is for educational purposes only and is not financial, legal, lending, or real estate advice.
